naturism STORY
1st sunFebruary 10, 2002 January 19, the first day this year that I sat in the sun. It's my one guilty pleasure. Don't smoke, drink only now and again and always in moderation, exercise regularly, eat right, but I just can't stop laying around in the sun. I know they say its bad for me and intellectually I know they're right, but its an addiction. Of course I'm a lot more careful now. I never let myself get anywhere near burned and I always use SPF 15 sunscreen or higher. Sadly I'm finding I need more and more each year on the top of my head. Frankly with all the sunscreen and my olive complexion I don't even get all that tan. I just like laying in the sun. It's my favorite way to relax. Got out in the sun again this past weekend. Maybe a couple of hours. This time of year is so nice because the sun is still fairly low in the sky, the temperature is warm but not hot and spring is on the way. It's still been fairly cold at night but the days are warming and its time to come out of hibernation. I don't know about you but I'm ready to get my buns nice and toasty. I haven't had tanlines for two years now and I think I'm giving up on them for good. My puppy dog Tomo shares my love of basking too. He laid near my feet at the end of my towel today. Don't know how he does it with that warm fur coat but he's an expert at basking. Keep your buns in the sun friends but always remember the sunscreen. dave © Copyright iriguchi 2002 |
